    How do you request cargo services?



    By completing the service request form and attaching a copy of the endorsed B/L for import goods and a copy of the SIC for export goods.

    How is an importer/exporter created in the COMPAS database?

    By completing the form to register and update client data and attaching the following documents:  Letter requesting registration, updated copy of the Taxpayer Identification Number (RUT, for the Spanish original), the original Chamber of Commerce certificate issued within the last three months and a copy of the citizenship card of the company's registered agent.

    By completing the form to register and update client data and attaching the following documents: Letter requesting registration, copy of the resolution authorizing it as a customs agent, copy of the policy acceptance certification by the DIAN, updated copy of the RUT, original Chamber of Commerce certificate issued within the last three months.

    By completing the form to register and update client data and attaching the following documents: updated copy of the RUT, the original Chamber of Commerce certificate issued within the last three months, a copy of the citizenship card of the company's registered agent and a copy of the Dimar resolution (operating license) identifying it as such.

    Submit a letter to the Document Center indicating the name and identification for each of the employees who will enter, signed by the registered agent, and attach a copy of the identification for each of said employees.
